摘要
高血压病是严重危害老年人健康的常见病和多发病,老年高血压有其流行状况及特点,治疗的目的是控制血压,使血压达标,减少心脑血管并发症的发生率,减少致残率和病死率。中西医结合治疗高血压在减轻患者痛苦、减少并发症的发生以及减少西药降压药的用量、减少不良反应等方面具有一定的优势,中西医结合治疗老年高血压是一种有效的治疗方法之一。
Hypertension is a commonly seen and frequently occurring disease being serously dangerous to the health of the aged.There are with its own prevalence and characteristics in elderly hypertension.And the aims of the treatment are to lower their blood pressures to the contrlled standards,reduce the occurrence rate of the cardio-cerebro vascular complications and decrease the decrease mortality and disable rate.The treatment of the integrated triditional Chinese medicine（TCM） with western medicine（WM） has some advantages in such aspects as relieving the patients＇ sufferring,reducing the occurrence of complications and the dosages of the antihypertensive drugs of western medicine,and decreasing the adverse reactions.The treatment of the integrated TCM with WM is one of the effective ways in treating hypertension of the aged.
