摘要
介绍了地弹簧芯轴零件冷温挤压复合工艺及数值模拟,通过分析不同的挤压参数和设计参数如凹模的过渡圆角、模具与工件间的摩擦系数和温挤压加热温度,通过模拟来观察这些参数对挤压力、成形工件质量、工件应力分布、温度分布变化等的影响,从而达到选出最佳的工艺参数,优化工艺的目的。
The cold and warm extrusion technology of spring mandrel and its numerical simulation were introduced. The main parameter changes in this designing were studied including radius of die, the value of friction between workpiece and die, and temperature of warm extrusion.The influence of these parameters on the quality and stress distribution of workpiece, and the temperature distribution of workpiece was analyzed. At last the best value of these parameters were chosen to improve the extrusion process.
