摘要
针对目前某企业中T形件的生产效率低、成品率低的现状,用压铸工艺代替先机械加工再焊接成形的工艺进行生产。先运用UG软件对T形件进行几何造型;再应用PROCAST铸造模拟软件,对T形件的压铸充型过程进行模拟。通过对模拟结果的分析,预测了T形压铸件中缺陷的产生位置,分析了这些缺陷的形成原因;进而在生产中改进工艺参数,并通过实际生产,对仿真结果进行了进一步的验证。
Aimed at the actuality of low production efficiency and finished product rate of T-type copper alloy piece in our collaboration enterprise, die-casting technics were used instead of the welding technics after machine work. The geometry modeling of T-type piece was made by the software UG,the casting simulation soft.ware PROCAST was applied to gain some result of the die-casting tilling simulation.By the analysis of the simulation results, the place of defect in the T-type piece was forecasted, and the resons of the defect were explained. Thus, the technical parameter may be improved in practice, and the simulation results will be validated farther in practice.
