淀粉软胶囊壳水分及阻隔性能稳定性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的考察淀粉软胶囊壳含水量及阻隔性能的稳定性。方法将淀粉软胶囊壳与明胶胶囊壳同时放在各种湿度环境中10d,测定并比较两者的含水量;选择易氧化的月见草油用淀粉软胶囊壳填装,然后分别封装于罩泡和聚酯瓶中,在一定温度和湿度条件下放置0~6个月,考察月见草油过氧化值的变化情况。结果同样条件下,淀粉软胶囊壳吸收的水分低于明胶软胶囊壳;月见草油在淀粉软胶囊壳内过氧化值稳定。结论淀粉软胶囊壳的稳定性能良好,为软胶囊制剂特别是中药软胶囊剂的新药开发提供了新的平台。 Objective To observe the stability of starch capsule shell about moisture content and atmosphere resisting ability. Methods For 10 days in different condition of relative humidity, moisture content of the starch capsule shell was compared with that of conventional soft gelatin capsule shell. The starch capsule shell was filled with Evening Primrose Oil and packaged in various forms, after that the peroxide value was determined. Results Moisture content of the starch capsule shell was lower than that of conventional soft gelatin capsule shell. The peroxide value of evening primrose oil changed slightly. Condusioa The starch capsule shell was stable and it could be used to soft capsule.
