摘要
目的用紫外分光光度法测定东北地区野生半夏中总生物碱的含量。方法以溴百里香本分蓝为显色剂，λmax=407am，测得生物碱在1．6～8．0μg／ml范围内具有良好线性关系，r=0．999。结果生物碱含量为0．1377％。结论与其他地区相比，该含量较高。
Objective To determine the content of alkaloids in wild Pinellia ternate in north east Yunnan area by UV spectrophotometry. Methods The bromothymol was used as the chromogenic agent, and the detection wavelength was 407 nm, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.6 -8.0 μg/ml（ r = 0. 999）. Results The content of alkaloids in wild Pinellia ternate was 0. 137 7%. Conclusion The content of alkaloids is very rich in wild pinellia ternate in north east Yunnan area compared to other areas.
