摘要
目的研究骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患儿人细小病毒B19(HPVB19)骨髓感染及对巨核系祖细胞增殖的影响。方法对61例MDS患儿骨髓进行HPVB19 DNA检测,体外培养巨核细胞集落形成单位祖细胞(CFU-MK)。结果MDS患儿HPVB19骨髓感染组CFU-MK形成较非感染组及对照组明显下降(均P<0.05)。血小板计数MDSHPVB19骨髓感染组低于非感染组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论HPVB19感染骨髓导致CFU-MK形成减少可能是MDS患儿外周血小板减少的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the effects of bone marrow infection with human parvovirus B19 (HPVB19) on proliferation of colony forming unit-megakaryocyte (CFU-MK) in children with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Methods In 61 children with MDS, PCR technique was used to detect the DNA of HPVB19. Semi-solid CFU-MK culture system in vitro was used for measuring the formation rate of bone marrow CFU-MK. Results The formation rate of CFU-MK in MDS children infected with HPVB19 was lower. There was statistically significant difference in the effects of CFU-MK growth and blood platelet count between groups of MDS with HPVB19 and MDS without HPVB19. Conclusion HPVB19 can directly infect bone marrow of children with MDS to decrease the formation rate of CFU-MK. This may be one of thrombocytopenic reasons in MDS.
