亚硝化作用菌种的分离筛选及条件选择 被引量:7

摘要 通过富集培养、硅胶平板分离法和亚硝化作用试验,筛选出1株亚硝化速率较高的菌株(编号为N4,下同)。经初步鉴定其为亚硝化单胞菌(Nitrosospira sp.),并对它作了亚硝化作用条件试验。试验结果表明:其最佳的亚硝化作用条件为温度30℃、pH值7.5~8.0,初始氨氮浓度100~150 mg/L,通气量为摇床转速110 r/min,碱度为NaHCO3浓度1 700 mg/L。在此条件下,接种浓度为15%,培养24 h,氨氮去除率为99.47%,亚硝酸盐氮积累量可达到116.65 mg/L。 A nitrobacteria of high nitrosification rate was isolated in this paper. After preliminary examination, it was concluded that the bacteria was Nitrosospira sp. Results showed that the optimal nitrosification condition was 25-30℃, pH 7.5-8.0, 110 r/min, 1 700 mg/L NaHC03 alkalinity, 150 mg/L NH4^+- N. Under the above condition and 15 % inoculation rate, after 24 h, the removal efficiency of NH4^+- N reached 99.47 %, and accumulative volume of NO2^-- N was 116.65 mg/L.
