摘要
目的:分析屎肠球菌在临床感染中的耐药特征。方法:采用V ITEKⅡ型全自动微生物分析仪测定分析分离出的157株屎肠球菌对13种抗菌药物的耐药特征。结果:屎肠球菌对万古霉素敏感率最高97.45%、氨苄西林96.81%、呋喃妥因96.17%、对庆大霉素、青霉素、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星等为50%以下,均有不同程度的耐药。结论:及时了解屎肠球菌感染情况可合理使用抗生素。
Objective:To investigate the drug resistance of Enterococcus faecium isolated from clinical specimens. Methods:One hundred and fifty--seven strains of Enterococcus faecium were isolated from all the clinical specimens by routine method,and the Vitek-Ⅰ microorganism auto-analysis system was used for the identification and drug-resistance analysis of these 157 isolates. Results: The drug-susceptibility rate of the 157 isolates to vancomycin was 97. 45%, to ampicillin was 96. 81% and to rnitrofurantoin was 96. 17%, and to gentamycin penicillin-G, ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin it was below 50%. Conclusion: The drug resistance of Enterococcus faecium is serious. Therefore, reasonable use of antibiotics is necessary to control the infection resulting from Enterococcus faecium.
