摘要
市场经济是信用经济,诚信原则是市场机制的灵魂和基础。当前我国企业信用缺失是不可否认的事实并已成为一大社会公害。我国企业信用缺失对我国的经济造成严重危害,为重建我国企业信用制度应制定相应的对策。
In essence market economy is credit economy, and the credit principle is the soul and foundation of the market mechanism. At present, the corporation credit loss in China has become a big social vice. The paper clarifies the disadvantages of it with some economic theories, and puts forward some countermeasures on how to establish the Chinese credit system.
