简要介绍了石灰在拜耳法溶出铝土矿过程中的作用,详细论述了石灰对铝矿物溶出过程的催化作用,并建立了催化机理及模型。在溶出赤泥中发现了羟基钛酸钙,并测出了它的晶体参数,同时还分析了碱耗降低的化学原因。
Making a brief introduction of the effect of lime on the pressure digestion of banxite by Bayer process,the Writers discuss in detail the lime's catalytical effect in digestion process.The catalytical mechanism and model have been established. Some kassite is found in the red mud,and its crystal parameters are determined.The chemical cause for the reduction of caustic soda losses is also analysized.
