无角多赛特绵羊球虫感染情况和种类调查初报 被引量:10

Investigation of the Infection Situation and Species of Coccidia on Poll Dorset Sheep

摘要 应用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦克马斯特法对河南某种羊场新引进的82只1岁左右无角多赛特绵羊球虫感染情况和种类进行了调查,结果表明:10圈绵羊均感染球虫,感染率28.57% ̄100%,平均为84.2%(69/82);多为2 ̄5种球虫混和感染;平均OPG值为839.03(200 ̄4200)。共检出11种艾美耳球虫,分别是:韦不理吉艾美耳球虫(Eimeria weybridgensis)、巴库艾美耳球虫(E.bakuensis)、小型艾美耳球虫(E.parva)、类绵羊艾美耳球虫(E.ovinodalis)、颗粒艾美耳球虫(E.granulosa)、槌形艾美耳球虫(E.crandllis)、阿撒他艾美耳球虫(E.ahsata)、浮氏艾美耳球虫(E.faurei)、贡氏艾美耳球虫(E.gon-zalezi)、爱缪拉艾美耳球虫(E.aemula)、苍白艾美耳球虫(E.pallida),其中前4种为优势虫种。用Miaspro图象分析处理系统软件对各种卵囊进行了测量,并进行了显微照相和形态描述。 Taking advantage of saturated salt solution and McMaster's method, the infection status and categories of coccidia were investigated among 82 newly imported one-year-old Poll Dorset sheep in Henan. The results showed that all of the ten sheep flocks were coccidia positive and the infection rates were between 28.57% and 100% with an average of 84.2%. Most of sheep were co-infected by 2 to 5 species of coccidia.The average number of ooeyst per gramme feces (OPG) was 839.03(from 200 to 4200). Eleven species of Eimeria were isolated, which respectively were E. weybridgensis, E .bakuensis, E. parva, E .ovinodalis, E. granulose, E. crandllis, E. ahsata, E. faurei, E. gonzalezi, E. aemula and E. pallida, and the first 4 isolates were predominant. The oocysts were meteraged and micriscopied by using Miaspro image analysis system software.
