摘要
目前应用的预防甲型肝炎(甲肝)的疫苗有两种:甲肝减毒活疫苗和甲肝灭活疫苗。该文评价了上述两种甲肝疫苗,并从下列四个方面进行了比较:疫苗的安全性,疫苗的免疫原性和免疫效果,疫苗保护的持久性和预防的价格-效益比。结果指出两种甲肝疫苗各有不同的优点和缺点。为预防和控制甲肝流行为主,建立群体免疫屏障,甲肝减毒活疫苗有更多的优势。这与世界卫生组织专家建议在经济欠发达国家和地区,应推广使用甲肝减毒活疫苗的意见相一致。
There are two types of vaccine for prevention of Hepatitis A：live attenuated Hepatitis A vaccine and inactivated Hepatitis A vaccine. The following four elements should be considered：safety; immunogencity and efficacy;long-term effectiveness, and cost-efficacy.There are different advantages and disadvantages between the two types of vaccines. In order to prevent and control Hepatitis A endemic and to construct a group immune defense,live vaccine has showed more advantages than inactivated vaccine, and it is the WHO experts suggestion.
