摘要
以DL-2-氨基-Δ2-噻唑啉-4-羧酸(DL-2-amino-Δ-2-thiazoline-4-carboxylic acid,DL-ATC)为底物,采用来自假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)TS1138的L-半胱氨酸合成酶系对DL-ATC进行生物转化合成L-半胱氨酸.以5 L发酵罐补料分批发酵试验数据为依据,对TS1138菌株的补料分批发酵动力学进行了研究,建立了菌体生长、产物形成和基质消耗的动力学模型,并应用MATALAB软件进行模型拟合,拟合模型较好地反映了L-半胱氨酸产生菌TS1138的补料分批发酵过程.
L-cysteine was produced by means of microbial transformation of DL-2-amino-Δ^2-thiazoline-4-carboxylic acid (DL-ATC) in the presence of L-cysteine synthesizing enzyme from Pseudomonas sp. TS1138. Based on the experimental data of fed-batch fermentation in 5 L fermentation reactor, the kinetic model of cell growth, enzyme production and substrate consumption were constructed. Three kinetic models were in good agreement with the experimental results through proper analysis by software MATALAB. The kinetic models appeared to provide a reasonable description for each parameter in the fermentation.
