摘要
以天然硬石膏(Ⅱ型无水石膏)为主要原料,掺加复合激发剂进行改性处理,调节凝结时间及抗折、抗压强度,然后辅以适量复合保水剂、粉煤灰掺合料、引气剂等,磨细混匀后即得到抹灰用的粉刷石膏。经测试,粉刷石膏的各项技术性能指标均符合国家行业标准要求,强度、稳定性明显优于建筑石膏生产的粉刷石膏。
Taking natural anhydrate （anhydrous gypsumⅡ） as major raw material,addlng composite activator for modification to adjust setting time,flexural strength and compression strength,then mixed and milled with proper amount of composite waterretention agent, fly ash and air entraining agent to obtain plastering gypsum. All terms of property test result show that every technical pedonnance index of plastering gypsum has reached the national trade standard. The strength and stability of plastering gypsum made of natural anhydrate are much better than those made by building gypsum.
