摘要 首先考察由蛇纹石酸浸滤液制得粗硫酸镁的净化过程,以制备精制硫酸镁溶液的方法,并采用单因素条件试验,对氨水沉淀法——由精制硫酸镁溶液制备氢氧化镁的工艺条件进行研究。结果表明,较适宜的工艺条件为:初始Mg2+离子浓度1.25~1.65mol/L,氨镁摩尔比6∶1,反应温度40~50℃,反应时间15~20min。在此工艺条件下,所得氢氧化镁质量达到国家行业标准要求。 The process of the purification of raw magnesium sulfate from the sulfuric acid leaching filtrate of serpentine is studied for preparing purified magnesium sulfate solution. The technological conditions for the preparation of magnesium hydroxide from the purified magnesium sulfate solution are studied by the single factor experiments. Results show that the feasible technological conditions are as follows: the concentration of magnesium ion solution being 1.25~1.65 mol/L,the proportion of ammonia to magnesium 6∶1(mole),the reaction temperature 40~50 ℃,and the reaction time 15~20 min. Then the quality of the production is up to the State Standard.
