摘要
以对旋轴流通风机为模型,使用Fluent软件选用模型风机进行内部流场数值模拟,针对两级间常常存在严重的启动不匹配特征,通过考核两级叶轮间轴间不同尺寸及前后级叶轮不同转速比下的性能预测,探讨了两级叶轮间的气动匹配与内流干涉效应。模拟结果表明:对旋风机级间轴间尺寸为前级叶中弦长的50%-60%时,对旋风机的综合性能最好;对旋风机的后级叶轮的性能对转速比的变化更为敏感。
Using the CFD software,the inner flow field of a counter-rotating axial fan was investigated by numerical method. The influence of various axial distances and ratios of speed to the fans were discussed and the interactions between two stages was anaiyzed. The computed result show the fan's performance is the best when the axial distances is 50per to 60per of first stage's mid-blade, and the second stage is more sensitive to the ratios of speed.
