摘要
取3个温度和3个时间因素,研究低温胁迫对3种牧草幼苗生理指标的影响。结果表明,随温度的降低和胁迫时间的延长,其叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,但电解质透出率和可溶性糖的含量均增加;温度0℃时,在胁迫的第5天,垂穗披碱草叶绿素a的降幅为48.5%,叶绿素b降幅为55.1%,电解质透出率的升幅为157.4%。青海草地早熟禾电解质透出率的升幅为71.9%,可溶性糖积累最多。3种牧草中,青海草地早熟禾的抗寒性较强,梭罗草次之,垂穗披碱草对低温的适应性较差。
The seedling were treated with different temperature (10% ,5% ,0% ) and time (1d,3d,5d) to study effects of low temperature stress on physiological process of Poa pratensis L, K. thoroldiana, Elymus nutans. The results indicated that , with the temperature declining and stress time prolonging , the content of chlorophyll declined, the electrolyte leakage and Soluble sugar content in Poa pratensis L. K. thoroldiana, and Elyrnus nutans increased. Under 0% for 5 days, the content of chlorophyll of Elymus mutans declined significantly by 48.5 % of chlorophlla and 55.1% of chlorophyll b. The increasing scope of the electrolyte leakage of Elymus nutans was most, about 157.4%, but of Poa pratensis L.was least, about 71.9% ; Soluble sugar content of Poa pratensis was dramatically increased. So the Poa pratens/s L. was suited to low - temperature and had higher ability of resisting cold, the order of chilling resistance for those kinds grasses was Poa pratensis L. , Kengyilia throldiana and Elymus nutans.
