D-氨基葡萄糖作为甲壳素的最终降解产物参与构造人体组织和细胞膜,是蛋白多糖大分子合成的中间物质,具有多种生物活性.其分子内有多个反应中心(4个-OH和1个-NH2),对其进行化学修饰后可广泛应用于生物医药领域.作者综述了D-氨基葡萄糖衍生物的研究进展.
As chitin's final d and as part of human tissue and cell membrane component, D-glucosamine is the intermediate in the synthesis of proteoglycans. It has lots of biological activity. There are several reaction centers( four hydroxyls and one amido) in the molecule, and after chemical modification, D-glucosamine derivatives can be widely used in the field of biology and medicine. The recent progress in study of D-glucosamine derivatives is reviewed.
