摘要
将微波辐射作为一种加热方法应用于钼铁中钼含量的测定.将钼铁试样经处理转化为8-羟基喹啉钼[MoO2(C9H6NO)2]沉淀后,以不同的微波功率和照射时间对沉淀物进行干燥试验,确定出了最佳微波功率为680 W,最佳照射时间为12 min.结果表明,利用微波照射替代电烘箱加热,可使沉淀物的干燥时间由12 h缩短为12 min.
Microwave radiation was used as a drying method in the measurement of molybdenum for ferromolybdenum. The sample of ferromolybdenum was firstly changed into sediment[MoO2( C9H6NO) 2], then dried to constant weight with different microwave radiation power. The optimum radiation power was determined to be 680 W with radiation time of 12 min. The drying time of the sediment decreased from 12 h of the traditional heating method to 12 min of the microwave radiation.
