摘要 在永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制中,定子电阻是一个需要精确给定的参数。但由于绕组温升等因素影响,定子电阻在运行过程中是一个变量。文中提出一种用于面贴式永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制的定子电阻检测新方法。该方法通过观测到的电磁转矩和实测电流来实时调整磁链计算所用的电阻值。理论分析证明稳态时,电磁转矩和电流的比值波动方向与定子电阻变化方向相反,由此可以采用PI调节器来进行电阻预测。仿真和实验结果表明,该算法可以在线实时估计电阻变化,并加以补偿。 The stator resistance is an accurate parameter used in direct torque controlled(DTC) permanent magnet synchronous machines(PMSM). It also is a variable of some running conditions such as stator temperature. The paper presents a novel stator resistance estimation method to a surface mounted PMSM. The algorithm tunes the resistance value used in the flux calculation by estimated electromagnetic torque and measured currents. It proves that the proportion of the electromagnetic torque and stator currents has the opposite variation direction with the stator resistance variation direction. So a PI unit is used for the stator resistance estimation. The simulation and experimental results show that the algorithm can estimate the resistance and compensates the variation well online.
