本文就国内外关于香鱼对饲料中蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、磷脂及维生素等营养需求的研究进行概述。
The study on nutrient requirements of dietary protein,unsaturated fatty acid,phospholipid and vitamins for Ayu （Plecoglossus altivelis ） was reviewed.
