摘要
从含油污泥的资源化利用角度出发,研制了含油污泥水膨体深部调剖剂,并对其吸水性能、流变性能和调剖堵水性能进行了综合评价。实验表明,含油污泥水膨体具有较好的耐盐性能,在浓度为10000mg/L的NaCl或NaHCO,盐水中吸水倍数大于15g/g。在pH值为6~9和较高温度下,污泥水膨体的吸水倍数大于35g/g。污泥水膨体吸水后的强度和韧性较好,在一定交联剂浓度下弹性模量和屈服应力分别达2.7kPa和5.0kPa。相同条件下,含油污泥水膨体对大孔道的封堵效果好于干污泥颗粒,有较高的注入压差,堵水率为90%。长岩心流动实验表明,污泥水膨体对高低渗透层的剖面改善率达97%。
Oily sludge swellable particulate was synthesized as indepth profile control agent for sludge treatment and utilization. The complex applied properties were evaluated including water absorbency, rheological properties, profile control and water shutoff abilities. Results showed that oily sludge swellable particulate had better salt tolerance ability with swelling rate higher than 15g/g in 10 000mg/L NaCl or NaHCO3 solution. On pH 6~9 and high temperature, the swelling rate of this particulate was higher than 35g/g. Moreover, it had better strength and anti-shear ability with elastic modulus 2.7kPa and yield stress 5.0kPa under a certain crosslinker concentration. When applied for water shutoff in high permeability channel, the sludge swellable particulate had higher injection pressure and shutoff rate than dry sludge particulate on the same condition. Through long core flow test, the profile improving rate of sludge swellable particulate reached 97%.
