可固化含油污泥调堵剂试验研究

摘要 为解决裂缝性和大孔道等高渗地层的调堵技术难题,研究了新型的含油污泥调堵剂.通过在含油污泥中加入微细活性矿物AK、增强剂AX和稳定剂BT,使含油污泥中的砂泥组分和油质沥青组分充分乳化分散,增强含油污泥调堵剂的活性,实现含油污泥调堵剂的可固化性能和浆体施工性能的优化.通过试验研究,优选出高浓度和低浓度的含油污泥调堵剂最佳配方.评价试验表明,研究的新型含油污泥调堵剂,具有浆体稳定性好,析水小,抗窜强度高,流动性好和触变性强的特点,能够保证现场的顺利施工,具有一定的现场运用价值. A new oily sludge water-plugging profile-control agent is developed for the high-permeability formation with fractures and large pore path.By adding fine active mineral AK,reinforcing agent AX and stabilizing agent BT into the oily sludge,the sand-mud and oily asphalt in the oily sludge is fully dispersed and emulsified,and the solidifying performance and constructive performance of the oily sludge are improved.One optimal formula of the water-plugging profilecontrol agent of solidified oily sludge of high density and three optimal formulas of it of low density are obtained by orthogonal experiments.The evaluation experiments of the water-plugging profile-control agents of the formulas show that they have good slurry stability,little water separating,high anti-channeling strength,good flowability and rheopexy.Their performance can meet the needs of the water-plugging profile-control for the high-permeability formation with fractures and large pore path.
