摘要
为了进一步增强电子政务办公系统的可操作性、可移植性、可扩展性、可维护性和数据一致性,论述了元数据定义及其在电子政务办公系统中的作用,给出了基于元数据的政务办公系统体系架构,并且以大型电子政务建设项目“杭州市办公业务资源系统”软件工程为研究背景,从数据存储、数据交换、数据展现等6个方面探讨了元数据在电子政务办公系统中的应用和实现机制。
In order to improve a higher level of operability, transplantation, expansibility, maintainability and consistence in terms of data of E-government official system, the definition of metadata and its essential function in E-government official system is discussed, and the architecture of E-gov official system based on metadata is proposed. Meanwhile, taking against of the background of the software engineering ＂office and business resource system of Hangzhou city＂, the application and implement mechanism concerning six aspects - data storage, data exchange and data exhibition, etc. is researched.
