摘要
针对引信压力传感器在弹丸着发时处于高速冲击状态的特点,根据研制引信压力传感器的要求,采用反弹道模拟的方法,设计了一套既可对传感器进行动态标定又可模拟弹丸以不同着角、不同速度碰撞目标时对传感器进行性能测试的装置.该装置既能测试一般传感器技术性能,也能测试军工特殊传感器的技术性能.
Aiming at the high-speed impact characteristics of fuze pressure sensor when the percussion of the projectile, according to the requirement of developing fuze pressure sensor, the method of anti-ballistic simulation was adopted to design a suit of performance measuring device. It could dynamically calibrate and simulate the process of collision between the projectile and the targets at the different angles and speeds. The device can measure the technological performance of normal sensors and special sensors for war industry.
