摘要
自全国治理超载超限工作开展以来,计重收费作为治理超载超限的长效经济手段,在部分省市已经试点并实施,但计重收费的理论还不成熟,现行计重收费理论的超限认定标准、正常计重收费费率模式、超限收取标准及计重区间的选取各省市又各不相同,故有必要就这几个方面的问题进行探讨。
As the actualizing of over-limit and over-loading controlling, weight-calc economic method, has been carried out in some provinces, but it＇s theory still haven＇ there are much differences in the standard of over-limit, the mode of over-calculating ulating, as a main t been developed, rate, the standard of over-limit charge and scope of weight-calculating among with provinces. So, we must give more attention to them.
