摘要
公路计重收费是治理超限运输的有效经济手段 ,收费标准的确定又是其关键所在。讨论了收费标准的确定原则与方法 ,以湖南省高速公路为例 ,演算了正常计重质量的收费标准及超限加成系数 ,对比了多种收费标准方案 。
Highway toll by weight is an effective economic means to deal with overloading transportation. The key is to determine the criteria. In this paper principles and methods for determining toll criteria are discussed, followed by calculations of toll for normal weight and overload additive coefficients with the example of freeways in Hunan. Based on comparisons of various plans, the toll criteria by weight for Hunan freeways are determined.
