摘要
经济功能是城市最主要的功能。在工业社会时期,城市功能发挥作用的形式是聚集效应和扩散效应。打造中心商业区可以提高城市的内部聚集效应;融入区域经济的城市圈,将提高城市的外部聚集功能,同时有助于城市的扩散功能的发挥。产业结构的调整升级决定着城市经济功能的定位及提升,应大力发展决定着城市功能发展方向的产业。在分析了连云港主导产业与城市功能定位之间矛盾的基础上,提出连云港港口应合理分布功能区,增强城市内部聚集功能,融入区域经济,提升城市外部聚集功能、合作中求专业化,发展特色港口。
The economic function is the very basic function of a city. During the Industrial Society period, a city mainly plays the role of agglomeration and expansion. The construction of a downtown commercial center will upgrade a city＇s internal agglomerating effect and the melting of regional economic city circle will upgrade its external agglomerating effect, and will do good to the working of its expanding function. The structural adjustment decides the setting and upgrading of a city＇s economic function, so we should pay great attention to the development of industries that decide the orientation of city functions. This paper analyzes the contradiction between Lianyungang＇s local industries and its city-function orientation, and suggests that it should reasonably divide its city areas in terms of function, enhance its internal and external agglomerating effect, join the regional economic city circle, cooperate with other cities, specialize itself and develop its own characteristics as a harbor.
