摘要
目的研究中医辨证治疗放射性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将144例放射性食管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在一般治疗的基础上,治疗组采用中医辨证分型治疗,对照组采用激素治疗。观察患者吞咽不适、胸骨后疼痛、吐白色黏液、进食烧灼感、进食疼痛等症状改善情况。结果治疗后对两组患者吞咽不适、胸骨后疼痛、吐白色黏液症状的疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);进食烧灼感、进食疼痛症状的消失率治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗放射性食管炎疗效优于应用激素治疗。
Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on radiation esephagitis. Method All 144 cases of radiation esophagitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. Besides the routine treat ment, the treatment group was treated according to TCM differentiation and classification, and the control group was treated with hormone therapy. The alleviation of some symptoms, such as dysphagia, retrosternal pain, saliva spitting, burning sensation and pain with eating, were observed. Result After the treatment there was no obvious difference in some symptoms like dysphagia, retrosternal pain and saliva spitting between two groups （P〉0.05）, while in burning sensation and pain with eating the disappearing rate in the treatment group was obviously higher that that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment is better than that of hormone therapy on radiation esophagitis.
