干细胞移植治疗食管放射性损伤的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 干细胞移植后能够在食管放射性损伤处表达和分化,在不久的将来或许能为上消化道损伤的治疗与食管获得性疾病提供一个有用的细胞资源。为了深入认识干细胞在食管放射性损伤修复中的作用,从而为干细胞移植治疗食管放射性损伤提供研究依据。本文就干细胞的特性及干细胞在食管放射性损伤修复中的作用作一概述。 The stem cells could express and differentiate in the sites of esophagus radioactive injury after transplan- tion. It is possible that the stem cells provide a cellular resource for potential using in the treatment of upper digestive tract injury and acquired diseases of the esophagus in the near future. To have a deep understand regarding the role of stem cells repairing the esophageal radioactive injm^y and to provide research basics for the treatment of the esophageal radioactive injury. In this paper, an comprehensive overview is made about the characteristics of stem cell and its role in the repairing of esophageal radioactive injury.
