摘要
目前的沥青PG高温等级选择方法中只考虑了7d最高气温平均值,而没有考虑路面结构处于高温的时间长短,因此并不能真正的和路面性能相关联。研究中以江苏省沪宁高速公路为工程实例,收集了南京和苏州两地2002—2003年每小时的气候数据,利用集成环境模型(EICM)预测了路面结构20 mm处的每小时温度频率分布,进而得到基于车辙破坏的沥青高温PG等级。
Only the 7-day average maximum temperature is used in the current method of selection of high temperature PG grades for asphalt binders. The duration of pavements in high temperatures is not considered, so the current PG selection could not actually correlate with pavement performance. The Huning highway was used in this study as the supporting project. Hourly climatic data were collected for Nanjing and Suzhou and were input into the EICM software to predict the pavement temperature distribution at a depth of 20mm below the surface. The high PG grade was then determined based on rutting damage.
