摘要
选择沥青路面的车辙、疲劳裂缝和温度裂缝等主要病害作为路用性能路面设计的主要指标,结合交通荷载、环境、材料组成、路面结构的力学反应量等因素,对路面结构各层永久变形进行预估,分析了沥青层的自上而下裂缝、自下而上裂缝及温度裂缝,并将路用性能分析应用到全寿命周期效益、费用计算和养护方案选择中,并提出基于路用性能的沥青路面全寿命周期设计新方法及计算流程。采用该方法对石家庄—安村高速公路路面车辙、裂缝进行预测,并与实测值对比,同时,对新建段路面结构进行设计。研究结果表明:路面车辙及自上而下裂缝模型预测值与实测值相差较小,偏差小于20%;自下而上裂缝及温度裂缝模型预测值与实测值相差相对较大,偏差大于40%;路面状况指数预测值适用性较好;该方法对沥青路面设计有较好的适用性,达到了从结构材料设计一体化及全寿命周期角度考虑路面设计的目的。
Pavement rutting,fatigue cracking and thermal cracking that are the main diseases of asphalt pavement,were chosen as the main indicators of pavement performance-based design method.Combined with traffic load,environment,material composition,surface structure mechanical response,pavement deformation of each pavement layer was estimated,and top-down cracking,bottom-up cracking,thermal cracking of asphalt layer were analyzed.Then,the pavement performance analysis was applied to compute the life-cycle benefits and costs,and to select maintenance scheme.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposed pavement performance based life-cycle design method of asphalt pavement and presented the design process.The pavement rutting and crack of Shi'an expressway was predicted,and compared with measured values,and the new pavement structure was designed with this study.The results show that there is small difference between predicted values and measured values of pavement rutting and top-down cracking,with the deviation less than 20%;there is relatively large difference between predicted values and measured values of bottom-up cracking and thermal crocking,with the deviation larger than 40%;there is better applicability of PCI predicted values.There is better applicability of this study to asphalt pavement design,and which reaches the goal of designing pavement from the perspective of life-cycle and unifying pavement structure design and materials design.6 tabs,2 figs,14 refs.
