摘要
目的探讨舒胸片由口服剂型改为巴布剂剂型的可行性。方法用正交实验法筛选适合本药的最佳基质条件,实验采用L9(34)正交实验法对舒胸巴布剂的基质进行筛选。结果认为A1B1C3为最佳配比,即聚丙烯酸钠∶卡波姆∶甘油=4∶0.5∶15。结论舒胸巴布剂基质处方可行。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of the transformation of shuxiongpian from peroral dosage into cataplasm. Methods The matrix for this medicine is screened by using the L9 （3^4） orthogonal design in order to find the most suitable condition of it. Results The best matching of A1 B1 C3 for Noverite 7S, Carbopol Ultrez - 10NF and Glycerol is 4 ： 0. 5 ： 15. Conclusions The matrix of shuxiong cataolasm is feasible.
