摘要
大豆种子播种后,其子叶细胞内蛋白体的消化呈三种方式:即内部均匀消化、内部非均匀消化和边缘消化.子叶蛋白体内酸性磷酸酶活性分布为:均匀分布于蛋白体的基质内、主要分布于蛋白体的一点或几点及“空腔”的边缘和优先分布于蛋白体的边缘.
Protein bodies in germinating soybean seeds were degrated in the internal homogeneous and non-homogeneous degradation, and also a peripheral pattern. The reaction product for acid phosphatase (APase) activity could 1/cover evenly and homogeneously on the protein remaining within PBs; 2/be deposit in the globoid crystals and onthe edges along the 'empty cavities' in different size as well; 3/be accumulated predominantly adjancent to some regions of limiting membrane of the PBs.
