^(18)F-FDG双探头符合显像与^(99m)Tc-MDP显像在探测恶性肿瘤骨转移中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较双探头带符合线路SPECT仪18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)显像和99mTc-亚甲基二膦酸盐(MDP)显像对恶性肿瘤骨转移病灶的探测效果。方法各种恶性肿瘤患者37例,分别行18F-FDG胸腹部显像和99mTc-MDP全身骨显像。比较脊柱、肋骨和骨盆等部位骨骼的病变情况。结果18F-FDG显像和99mTc-MDP显像共发现骨骼病灶130处,其中18F-FDG显像共发现121处(93.1%),99mTc-MDP显像共发现120处(92.3%),两者共同发现114处(87.7%);仅18F-FDG显像发现而99mTc-MDP显像未发现有11处,仅99mTc-MDP显像发现而18F-FDG显像未发现有10处。37例患者中,两种方法共检出有骨转移者24例,其中18F-FDG显像发现23例,99mTc-MDP显像发现22例,18F-FDG显像和99mTc-MDP显像完全相符有15例,不符有9例。18F-FDG显像发现有远处转移者32例。结论18F-FDG双探头符合显像与99mTc-MDP显像在探测恶性肿瘤骨转移病灶上具有相同的敏感性,但两者在某些病灶的探查上具有互补作用。
