应用PET/CT与单光子发射型计算机断层仪诊断骨转移瘤的研究进展 被引量:8

Comparison of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT and ^(99)Tc^m-MDP bone scan for the diagnosis of bone metastases

摘要 肿瘤骨转移是一种常见的恶性肿瘤并发症。99Tcm-亚甲基二磷酸盐(technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate,99Tcm-MDP)单光子发射型计算机断层仪(single photon emission computed tomograhpy,SPECT)骨显像是一种临床常用的评价肿瘤骨转移的方法。随着PET/CT的普及,18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose,18F-FDG)PET/CT显像对肿瘤骨转移的诊断显示出越来越重要的价值,比较两者的诊断价值受到广泛的重视。 Bone metastasis is a common complication of malignancy. One of the commonly used methods for the assessment of bone metastasis is conventional technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate (^99Tc^m-MDP) whole-body bone scan. With the wide applica- tion of PET/CT, ^18F-2-fuoro-2-ceoxy-D-glucose (is F-FDG) PET/CT is displaying more and more value in diagnosing bone metastases. And the comparison between the two methods is receiving wide attention.
