摘要
针对宝钢夏季低压蒸汽放散率高的问题,结合能源系统的平衡情况,对目前宝钢使用的21台利用蒸汽的余热制冷溴化锂机组进行具体深入的分析。分析表明,溴化锂蒸汽制冷机组运行可靠,能够满足用户需要,极少出现能力衰减现象,在加强运行监控和水质管理的前提下,能够避免机组结晶。据此结合宝钢实际情况,提出推广余热蒸汽制冷增加夏季低压蒸汽负荷以解决夏季蒸汽放散率高的方案,并有利于减少电力消耗,具有明显的节能效果,最后给出了宝钢推广使用蒸汽制冷方面的建议。
For the purpose of reducing Baosteel' s steam emission in summer, in combination with its energy system's balance situation, twenty-one LiBr absorption refrigerators using waste steam heat in service in Baosteel have been analyzed. The result shows that as these units are reliable and powerful, they can meet users' needs. If the operation and water quality control is strengthened, the crystallization phenomenon can be avoided. A plan to popularize this refrigeration technology using waste steam heat so as to reduce steam emission in summer has been proposed according to Baosteel' s reality. This technology will benefit the reduction of power consumption and have obvious energy-saving effect. Finally, some suggestions for using LiBr absorption refrigerators in Baosteel are given.
