摘要
耕地预警是保障粮食安全的有效措施。针对耕地预警中需要解决的如何实现耕地质量和耕地数量以及时间和空间的双重预警问题,文章提出建立基于GIS的耕地预警信息系统,即以GIS为平台,融入预测模型和专家系统,通过预警模型判定警度,达到双重预警的目的,以期为区域性耕地预警提供一个可行的系统方案。
Cultivated land early-warning is an effective way of ensuring the grain security. This paper proposes setting up the early-warning information system of cultivated land based on GIS,which could solve the problem of cultivated land early-warning that how to realize pre-warning not only in land quality and land quantity but also in the scale of time and space.It regards GIS as the platform incorporating prediction models and expert system (ES),and employs early warning model to reach the purpose of double pre-warning.And it offers a feasible systematic scheme for cultivated land early-warning.
