摘要
大学章程在大学的建设与发展中起着基础性作用,西方大学都有自己的大学章程,而我国大学章程建设却是缺失的。从大学的起源、大学制度的发展和建设以及大学自身定位三个方面来探讨我国大学章程缺失的问题,以借鉴西方大学章程的成功之处。
University regulations function fundamentally in construction and development of universities. Western universities all have their own complete regulations, which are absent in China. This paper discusses this problem from aspects of origination of universities, development and construction of university system and the orientation of universities themselves by comparison to draw on the experience of western university regulations for the universities in China.
