摘要
经过30多年的开拓与探索,包括高等教育在内的中国教育改革开始进入更为复杂与曲折的深水区,愈来愈触及深层次的结构与机制问题。高校制度改革不仅是教育自身的改革问题,更是一个统合了政治改革、经济改革和社会改革于一体的综合性改革课题。从历史与现实的角度看,高校需要直面政治和教育自治问题,进行"宪政"意义的改革。
China's education reform including higher education is entering into a more complex and tortuous stage and encounters the deeper problems of structures and mechanisms after 30years of pioneering and exploration.University reform is not just an education reform issue,but a unified comprehensive reform issue integrating political reform,economic reform and social reform together.From the point of view of history and reality,universities need to face political issues and educational autonomy and need to be reformed from perspective of constitutionalism.
