摘要
素质教育与双语教学均是我国教育改革的热点与重点。素质教育比双语教学早近二十年在国内倡导并推行。文章通过对二者在提出背景、制约条件以及推行过程等方面进行比较,分析它们的相似之处,并探讨素质教育的得失对双语教学带来的启示。
Quality education and Bilingual teaching are both the emphasis in China's education reform. Quality education was advocated 20 years earlier than Bilingual teaching. This article compares the backgrounds, constraints, and the practical processes of Quality education -and Bilingual teaching, then analyses the pros and cons of Quality edncatiun which may give some implication to Bilingual teaching.
