摘要
[目的]通过对2型糖尿病患者的住院费用分析,探讨2型糖尿病的并发症和就诊医院对治疗费用的影响。[方法]将上海市3家三级医院和2家二级医院2003年2095例住院的2型糖尿病患者按国际疾病分类分组,分析不同组别患者的住院费用及其构成情况。[结果]2型糖尿病患者的平均住院天数为21.6 d,次均住院费是5948.00元。三级医院的次均住院费用和西药费高于二级医院,分别是二级医院的1.3倍和1.2倍。2型糖尿病病足患者次均住院费最高。[结论]就诊医院和并发症情况增加了2型糖尿病患者的住院费,在加强对糖尿病防治研究的同时,必须加强对糖尿病卫生经济学的研究。
[ Objective] To analysis the in - patient expenditure of type 2 diabetes mellitus with and without different complications, [ Methods] There were 2095 patients of diabetes mellitus in year 2003 hospitalized in 3 tertiary and 2 secondary hospitals in Shanghai, There were categorized by ICD - 9. In - patients were divided into groups by level of hospital and complica- tions. The structure of in - patients expenditure were analyzed, [ Results ] The more expensive in - patient hospitals＇ fees went along with the higher hospital level. Type 2 diabetes mellitus with complications had higher in - patient expenditures, That group in which the diabetics with foot problem complications ranked the highest in average expense of hospitalization. [ Condusion] We must pay attention to the disease burden of diabetes mellitus. This research was taken to call for better control of diabetes and its complications.
