摘要
随着全球糖尿病的发病率、病死率逐年上升的趋势,糖尿病成为严重影响人群健康的主要疾病之一。我国糖尿病具有患病率和病死率增速快的流行趋势,同时存在糖尿病患者的检出率、病情知晓率、血糖控制率低,及并发症风险高等特点,这些因素有可能会对提高寿险公司的运营成本和死差异风险产生影响。需要核保人员在了解糖尿病在我国流行趋势的基础上,培养前瞻性思维,提高糖尿病诊断和相关并发症的分析能力。
Along with the global increasing trend of the incidence rate and mortality of diabetes,one of non-communicable diseases influencing the human health seriously.Diabetes has the characteristic of fast growth rate in both morbidity and mortality; less detection,low awareness rate,and more complications.Whilst the reasons of the blood glucose controlling are unfavorable,all these not only improve the operation cost of life insurance company but increase the risk of differences in death as well.
