摘要
世界是从多个国际体系和多样文明共存演变到西方文明占主导地位的世界体系,再向一个多样文明比较平等共存的全球性世界体系发展的过程。中华文明的伟大复兴与中国的和平发展道路紧密相连,中国的和平发展是以中华文明的复兴为旨归,要以文明的方式克服中国现代化面临的挑战,实现中华文明的跨越式发展。国际体系是文明发展的产物,文明的兴衰决定着国际体系的兴衰和转型。中华文明的复兴将成为中国对外战略中最重要的“软实力”,会对国际体系转型产生重要影响:将给国际体系带来新的理念,引起国际力量结构的调整,促进国际秩序向更加公正合理的方向转变。
The world now is a process developing from the initial co-existence of several international systems and diverse civilizations, to the system with western civilization as dominant role, then to the relatively-equal coexistence of diverse civilizations. The great rejuvenation of Chinese civilization is closely related to the peaceful development route of China. China's peaceful development takes the rejuvenation of civilization as its purpose. Civilized manners should be used to overcome challenges facing China's modernization in order to realize its great-leap-forward development. The international system is the product of civilization development, and the booms and slumps of civilization determine the ups and downs of international system and its transition. The rejuvenation of Chinese civilization will be the most important 'soft power' of China's foreign policy. It will bring profound influence to the transition of international systems, introduce new concepts, cause the readjustment of international power structure, and transfer of international order towards a more fair and reasonable direction.
