摘要
链霉菌H6794的发酵产物对真菌细胞壁合成具有抑制作用,采用活性追踪的方法分离到活性化合物H6794-A。通过化学及波谱学分析确定为由7个氨基酸和1个长支链酰胺内酯构成的环脂肽,与neopeptin B同质。H6794-A对番茄灰霉病菌、小麦赤霉病菌和黄瓜枯萎病菌有明显的抑制作用。
Compound H6794-A, which possessed inhibitory activity against fungal cell wall synthesis, was isolated from culture broth of Streptomyces sp. H6794. The antifungal compound was elucidated to be structrally identical to a cyclic lipopeptide neopeptin B by chemical and spectral analysis. Results showed that H6794-A could inhibit growth of Fusarium graminearum, Fusariurn oxgsporum and Botrytis cinerea.
