摘要
首先进行了超临界CO2流体萃取桑椹籽油的单因素试验,然后通过二次旋转组合设计试验建立萃取温度、萃取压力,CO2流量、萃取时间4因子的数学模型并确定最佳参数,最后采用气相色谱法对桑椹籽油进行组分分析。
Many single factor experiments were used to study the extraction of mulberry seed oil by SCF- CO2, and the mathematical model about extraction temperature, extraction pressure, flow rate of CO2, extraction time was established by means of the quadratic general rotary unitized design. The components of mulberry seed oil was determined by GC.
