摘要
用2kWCO2激光器对45钢表面进行了Cr合金化处理.并对激光合金化工艺、成分、组织进行了研究.阐述了合金化层深与扫描速度、涂层厚度之间的关系,并用电子探针(EPMA)研究了合金化层成分与组织的关系.结果表明:低Cr(5%~18%Cr)时,合金层为马氏体组织;高Cr(30%~44%Cr)时为铁素体组织,并分析了相应的沿层深方向的显微硬度变化规律.
Laser surface alloying of chromium on 0. 45%C steel is performed with a 2 kW CO2 laser. The technology of laser surface alloying, compositions and microstructures are studied. The relationship is dealt with between the depth of LSA and scanning speed and coating thickness. On EPMA analysis, it is shown that the microstructures are of martensite and ferrite at 5%~ 8%Cr and 30%~44%Cr respectively. The variations of microhardness with the case depth are analysed.
