摘要
介绍高速钢刀具强韧化处理的几种常规方法,分析了QPQ技术处理高速钢刀具的基本原理以及三种改进的QPQ技术,包括循环QPQ技术、深冷和QPQ的复合处理技术、激光硬化和QPQ的复合处理技术,并列举了改进的QPQ技术存在的主要问题。
Introduced several conventional methods to improve the obdurability and toughness of high speed steel cut- ting tools. Analyzed the basic principle of high speed steel treated by QPQ technology and three improved QPQ technique, including circulatory QPQ technology, cryogenic and QPQ compound processing technology, laser hardening and QPQ com- pound processing technology, and listed the main problems of improved QPQ technology.
