摘要
针对阀控马达电液速度伺服系统建立数学模型,提出采用伪微分反馈(PDF)级联控制方法,导出控制系统控制参数理论计算公式,并进行性能试验和比较.结果表明,采用该控制方法的电液速度伺服控制系统具有优良的阶跃响应性能,抗负载干扰能力强以及鲁棒性能好等特点.
This paper is concerned with a design method of electrohydraulic velocity servos using cascade Pseudo-derivative-feedback control algorithm. A reasonable dynamic model of an electrohydraulic servovalve controlled motor and equations for determining controller parameters have been derived theoretically.Experimental results and comparison with PI controller show that the PDF controller is extremely good in output response to step reference input,disturbance - hangling ability and robustness.
