非小细胞肺癌患者外周血细胞角蛋白19 mRNA表达的临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 细胞角蛋白19（cytokeratin19，CK19）mRNA仅在上皮源性的细胞内转录，正常外周血中无上皮源性细胞。因此，如果在外周血中检测到CK19 mRNA的转录，则提示上皮源性肿瘤细胞已进入外周血中。我们应用RT-PCR技术检测了非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）患者外周血中的CK19 mRNA的表达状况。
